What is the ConnectiCare HRA Solution?The HRA Solution has three componentsThe ConnectiCare HRA Solution is designed to help companies and individuals control the cost of health care. Our solution combines a high-quality health plan, a Health Reimbursement Arrangement, and a comprehensive health and wellness program. High Deductible Health PlanHigh Deductible Health Plans (HDHPs) typically exchange a higher deductible for lower premiums than many traditional health plans. The insurance benefits generally apply after the deductible is met. We offer both POS and HMO High Deductible Health Plans. You can choose the plan type and deductible. HRA funding vehicleHealth Reimbursements Arrangements are tax-advantaged funding vehicles funded by the employer. HRAs can be combined with HDHPs or other types of health plans. Contributions are excludable from the employee's gross income and generally tax-deductible to the company. Employees can use their HRA funds for eligible expenses defined in their Summary Plan Document. Comprehensive health and wellness programKeeping employees healthy is important to the success of your clients. ConnectiCare CDHP Solutions offer incentives for employees to live healthy lifestyles and become better health consumers. All of our CDHP Solutions feature robust health and wellness programs, challenges, tools, and support through our ConnectiCare Touchpoints portal. Coming later this year, we will also offer team-based wellness challenges. |
