To join your company's ConnectiCare HMO HRA-Compatible Plan, follow these steps:

Review the information in your ConnectiCare Enrollment Kit

Follow the instructions included in your Enrollment Kit

Return all completed forms to your Employee Benefits Administrator

HRA Enrollment

Once you are enrolled in your company's ConnectiCare HMO HRA-Compatible Plan, your employer may automatically enroll you in the HRA component. You will receive a Welcome Kit from your HRA administrator with more information about how to access and use your HRA funds. Contact your Employee Benefits Administrator for details.
